Goals and Rewards
Goals for 2012:
Work on improving flexibility - to be able to do side splits by the end of the year
Practice intuitive eating
Be able to see collarbones (not in a skinny way…it’s just really hard to see them because I store all my fat around between my neck and my hips)
Improve sprints
Make each workout count
Be able to wear a sports bra and shorts and feel comfortable with my body
Run 5k without stopping
ULTIMATE GOAL:
To become more toned, lose belly flab and get rid of cellulite. To be happy. To improve strength and ability. To be the best me I can be.
ULTIMATE GOAL WEIGHT: 56 kg
Rewards:60kg / 132 lbs - New perfume
58kg / 128 lbs - Get nails done professionally
56kg / 123 lbs - Get a tattoo
